Exide Life Insurance was adjudged for “Best outsourcing of IT Infrastructure Services ” in CIO 100 Awards 2016.
Outsourcing of IT Infrastructure Services – we were adjudged as Sourcing Shoguns for the successful implementation of the recent IT outsourcing project ‘IMMENSE’. The project was implemented with the vision to provide complete end user and network support to all our branches along with improving customer satisfaction while reducing costs.
Our #NoMoreShortCuts campaign won the “National Awards for Marketing Excellence 2016” in the ‘Best Use of Social Media’ category. Taking inspiration from the word ‘Jugaad’ which means quick fix or a shortcut, the campaign was launched to spread awareness on the need for a long term approach to financial planning. The award is powered by “CMO Asia”, a premium forum where elite marketers and creative honchos reward the best in the Industry.

The Indian Insurance Awards have been established to recognize and honour the achievements of insurance companies in India that have met measurable and tangible business objectives.
Our ‘My Money Book’ innovation, won the FINNOVITI 2016, an award for inspiring innovations in the financial services sector, at the Finnoviti awards held in Mumbai on 6th February, 2016.
Our nomination competed with over 150 entries submitted by more than 80 organizations. ‘My Money Book’ was chosen as one of the top 20 innovations for the year in the financial services sector.

The winning entry - 'My Money Book', is an offering based on our belief that record keeping one's financial engagements is as important as savings and investments. The physical record book, available in 7 Indian languages, is especially designed to help people create a consolidated and comprehensive record of all their financial engagements. Over 80,000 copies have been given out since inception.

The certification has been granted by India’s premier certification body, Bureau Veritas Certification (India) Pvt. Ltd and is accredited by United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) for a period of three years.
The recertification substantiates our ability to deliver highly reliable services that consistently meet customer requirements and ensures that our certified quality management processes are continuously improved towards providing best in class service.
